Jewellery Care

To help preserve the appearance and finish of your Afroo Jewelry pieces:

Do:

• Apply perfume, lotion and makeup before putting on your jewellery.
• Wipe jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Store pieces separately in the included Afroo Jewelry bag when not in use.
• Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place.

Avoid:

• Swimming or showering while wearing your jewellery.
• Direct contact with perfume, lotions, makeup and household chemicals.
• Cleaning with detergents, baking soda or abrasive products.
• Rubbing jewellery against keys, brushes or other rough surfaces.

Cleaning

When needed, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry jewellery cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods, especially on plated pieces.

Materials

Afroo Jewelry pieces are designed to combine style, durability and everyday wearability.

Our jewellery is primarily crafted from stainless steel and finished in gold-tone or silver-tone plating, depending on the design. Selected gold pieces feature an 18K gold-plated finish.

Stainless steel is used for its strength, durability and resistance to everyday wear.

To help protect the finish and appearance of your jewellery, we recommend following our care instructions and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.
