Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We unfortunately cannot cancel an order simply because of a “change of mind”. We do not offer refunds if there isn't a valid reason (case by case basis) for a refund to be given. 

Package Returns
If a package is returned to sender (us), due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable address, the buyer will have the option to have the package resent and pay an additional shipping fee, or receive a refund minus all shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs under any circumstances when an order is sent back to us. 

Incorrect/Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or item(s) are missing, please contact us immediately by email at AfrooJewelry@gmail.com with picture proof & we will review our records to see what exactly we sent you.

Afroo Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order ships, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office immediately for all updates regarding your package.
